Who are you listening to at the moment?
I’m currently rediscovering a few favourite albums from last year, so Anderson Paak and Sticky Fingers are on heavy rotation. Jordan Rakei and Tom Misch are also two staples of mine, both incredible up and coming artists. Last but certainly not least is a Bristol band to keep an eye on – Shifty Lao – big things to come from these guys.
What do you love about Bristol?
I love the energy of the city, it’s very much a place where you get out what you put in. There’s no judgment here and people from all walks of life come together to enjoy Bristol. There’s something here for everyone and from a musical perspective there’s always new nights and events popping up.
Why Music Industry Management?
I dabbled in the music industry back home in Australia but never really took it seriously. Once I moved to Bristol I decided that maybe it was something I wanted to pursue, so I luckily found BIMM and haven’t looked back since.
