The BIMM Berlin Team’s Favourite Places to Eat

30th August 2017

As a melting-pot of different cultures, Berlin plays host to some of the most incredible cuisine in the world. We’ve compiled a list of our favourite spots to snack, so you’ll never have to go hungry again!

Vietnamese tapas just around the corner from BIMM! It’s vegan, it’s reasonably priced and it’s clear to see why it’s becoming everyone’s favourite.

Get a taste of Tel Aviv in Berlin at this Mitte-based Israeli treasure. Enjoy music and colourful food, with the option of staying until 3am if you feel like dancing off the feast you’ve just consumed.

Formerly of White Trash fame, Festsaal offers a number of dishes to tickle your tastebuds while you enjoy the live music. Located next to the Spree, this charming hall is simultaneously super relaxed, yet also at the heart of the action. (There’s a tattoo parlour here too, in case inspiration strikes!)

We promise this is the best Italian food you’ll ever have in your life! Amazing wine, incredible pizza and charming live guitar sets galore (you’ll regret it forever if you don’t go… but no pressure).

Rickenbacker’s Music Inn

This music pub in Wilmersdorf is a little off the beaten track, but still definitely worth a visit. With daily live music, a wide selection of local craft beers and homemade burgers, you can’t go wrong!

This Kreuzberg (…get it? Hilarious!) hideaway has probably the most magnificent sweet potato fries in all of Germany. With veggie and vegan options available (and not just your standard tofu burger either), this gem is a stone’s throw from Kottbusser Tor.

Junction Bar

With a live music venue hiding in the cellar, this cosy café sells a variety of peculiar sounding cocktails at relatively humane prices. Within a few minutes’ walk of Gneisenaustrasse U-Bahn, it’s easy to get to and features an impressive roster of acts from all corners of Berlin.
