Whilst studying a Music Business degree at BIMM London, David worked in gig operations at various live venues including the Barfly and Dingwalls. After graduating, he relocated to Los Angeles and completed an internship at Nederlander Concerts, where he learned the perspective of the talent buyer.
From this experience, he gained valuable insights into the American music industry and its differing laws compared to the UK and Europe.

David is now in the early stages of setting up the Redesign Music Group – an independent label/publishing company that will serve innovative new artists.

Sticking to his roots of live music events, David also recently spearheaded a live music showcase called OriginalU, which was hosted by six-time Grammy Award winner Malik Yusef and was featured in Music Connection magazine.

More recently, David founded his own original rock/EDM project, Dirty Faction, who are currently in the post-production stages of their album, “New Life”.

Reflecting on his time at studying, David says “BIMM gave me the building blocks to pursue my passion.”
